Positive: You've probably seen those reviews where folks would say "If it was possible I would give this place (hotel/BnB/etc) less than 0 stars!". For Wabi Sabi and the owners, think just the opposite!!! This was an amazing find! We could not have been any happier. Plenty of room (esp having 2 bathrooms!), beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed, an amazing value. Great location, just across the street from a restaurant and brewery. When was the last time you found that the hosts had provided coffee beans and a grinder in addition to ground coffee??? We kept finding little touches that set Wabi Sabi apart from just about every other place we've stayed. Even a new deck of card we could play King's Corner with our son who's a grad student at KU. Filtered water at the kitchen sink (really!). Honey, olive oil, a variety of essential oils for the diffuser. Beautiful dishware. Even a sound machine for the larger bedroom! Our only regret is that Wabi Sabi is going to become so popular that we'll have trouble reserving it again when we visit our son. Marilee and Tyler have really put a lot of thought into Wabi Sabi and it shows!
