Summary: Ok, this place had a 9.0 on Hotels.com, that's at least 2.0 too high. This is a big standard 3star (6/10) airport hotel. The decor is run down and 1970's - our room had a GLASS WALLED shower that was surrounded by a curtain that could be pulled aside by anyone in the bedroom. The spa pool is outside and wasn't uncovered requiring you to unplug the grommets yourself if you wanted to use it. Our bathroom toilet flush was broken and has to be operated by accessing the cistern. The food was massively overpriced. Big let down as there were other cheaper places we considered but paid a bit more for the pool and spa which were not usable. Try elsewhere.

Summary: Room had a lot of ants, they sprayed them but didn’t clean up after they died they just said sorry at reception, then next day had ants in room Again but was checking out just meantioned it to reception again as checked out as the next person will have same problem.

Summary: Cleaning staff were great but the staff at the reception area/ foyer could do with a smile on their faces and acknowledge customers walking past, especially as most times they were not busy. Staff at the breakfast were very warm and welcoming

Summary: The pictures of the presidential suite we booked were great, showing a lovely view of the Panmure Basin. Our suite had great facilities but had a view straight onto a massive electrical pylon. Breakfast was ok except for the coffee which was awful. In a hotel of this rating I expect a bean to coffee machine or table served barista coffee. The dishwater on offer was awful.

Summary: Staff were very helpful. Some aspects of the property were annoying: (a) Room door difficult to open (b) Reliance on accessing compedium by scanning with camera on IPhone annoying. Some of us have difficulty with that technology. Ic) Poor lighting in room for computer use.
