Summary: We were in the area for my daughter's wedding and wanted a house to accommodate our family and friends. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Spacious, newly renovated with all the bells and whistles needed to enjoy the week. Four bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that are nicely appointed in addition to 2 TV areas, and a game room to keep people occupied fulfilled all of our needs. It was still too cool outside to enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ area but we still had everything we needed to enjoy our magical weekend!

Summary: This place was great for a friends trip on the Cape! It was super spacious, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and the house was super clean. We loved the huge living spaces and kitchen, and the location was great. There were a few small things with it being freshly updated that we experienced (the lights in a few rooms didn't turn on), but nothing that hindered the overall experience. The host was super responsive though and offered to check on it all.

Summary: Our family of 5 enjoyed the Christmas holiday in Chatham at this lovely home. It is exactly as pictured. Clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, very prompt replies to any questions from host. Very easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend!
