Summary: This home was perfect for our getaway with 3 teenage girls. We had plenty of room to spread out. The yard and property were so nice. Very quiet, beautiful area of Austin. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was fast and very easy.

Summary: I was part of a group of 9 that stayed at Shelly's place for ACL weekend 2 and it was the perfect place! The location was close enough to make getting there easy but felt quiet and tucked away away from the madness that is ACL so we could relax when we weren't at the festival. There was plenty of room for all of us and she provided us with plenty of snacks and desserts for our stay. The beds were comfy and the central heating/air is nice and easy to use. I would definitely recommend for ACL, but would also stay here again anytime I'm with a big group in ATX!

Summary: This place was awesome. Very close to whatever you want to do in Austin. Long private driveway with tons of land. Never heard our neighbors once and we felt like we were the only people there. The layout of the house is great. The rooms are evenly distributed for privacy. Multiple bathrooms were very nice. If you need a comfortable secluded hideaway close to downtown look into this house. This house will easily sleep 8 people comfortably. Very nice house and will look into booking again.
