Summary: We stay in the New Silver Beach area every year and when our usual rental was not available we found this one and we are glad we did. The rental was just as described and convenient to the association beach. The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: If you want to know what it feels like to live in Cape Cod, this is the house! First off, Holly is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I didn't get to meet her in person, but we did speak over the phone. She is very accommodating and understanding. We were arriving very late and she arranged away for us to get access to the house. When we did get access to the house we realized we were in for a treat. Very comfortable bed and nice shower, two very important things. We loved that there were so many large windows to let the breeze in and hear the rustling of the trees. It also has a nice size kitchen that we used. Once you pull yourself away from the house you realize that you are on a dead end road with friendly neighbors, and a 8min bike ride away from the Shining Sea Bikeway. This Trail passes a cranberry bog, a beautiful beach, and ends in Woodhole where you can catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Yes you can take your bike on the ferry. Don't forget downtown Falmouth. Not if, but when we go back we both hope to stay in Holly''s House again. Thank you Holly!!!
