Summary: The cottage had good space for sleeping. There was a plumbing issue and the owner was contacted on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. He immediately came to see what the issue was and worked on correcting the problem.

Summary: Wonderful to have enough room (beds) and amenities for our family to come for a visit to Edinboro! Home is comfortable and well appointed. Only change we would ask is to secure the bunk beds so they are not so noisy. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: very nice property. very clean. wish they had more channels available and also that the yard was cleaned up of leaves and pine needles because it was wet and got tracked in the house so i had to clean everday

Summary: We had a fantastic stay over Thanksgiving with 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog. The location was absolutely perfect. The park across the road was used for HOURS each day by the kids, the streets were super quiet so we didn’t have to worry about a ball flying into the road. The adults that didn’t want to brave the cold could watch the games from the living room and not miss out. Local amenities were very convenient and within a 5-10 minute drive. The house was very clean and decorated for fall and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a family or two families.
