Spacious 1800 sg. ft. and Newly restored 1870s townhome in the heart of historic Mainstrasse Village, walking distance to area restaurants and downtown Cincinnati. Enjoy all the charm of the Village, the Goose Girl fountain a block away, and Goebel Park a few steps away. Plus all that downtown Cincinnati have to offer! Just off the interstate, and very close to the Wade Bailey Bridge (US 25), which offers a super easy route into downtown Cincy. This is a building built in the 1870s with lots of charm, but also lots of stairs, some of them a bit steep; it may not be a good fit for anyone with mobility issues. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building with great food.
This 1800 sq. ft. townhome gives you stylish comfort and convenience for a Cincinnati area trip. It's close to downtown, ball parks, museums, theaters, airport, and more. It's well located on the Southbank shuttle route. Uber rides are available too.
There are three bedrooms and three baths. On the main level, there is the living dinning room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bath with shower, and a balcony. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, and two bathrooms as well as washer/dryer up stairs. . The unit itself is up a flight of stairs from ground level, and two bedrooms are up another flight of (relatively steep, old school) stairs along with two baths. Lots of vacation rentals try to cram 6 people into a tiny unit, that isn't the case here at all. With 1800 sq. feet, there plenty of room and plenty of privacy.

Summary: The property was much bigger than I imagined and in an old part of tiwn that added to it’s appeal we had every thing we needed at the house except a can opener but that was a little inconvenience so we purchased one for the house. This was our first Christmas with our daughter since she graduated from NAU and moved to Kentucky we had a great time and would recommend it

Summary: Spacious, clean, great location. On second and third floors of building so steps are involved but not and obstacle. Definitely would recommend it

Summary: We had plenty of room for 6 of us! We loved the location. It was convenient to walk around Covington and drive into Cincinnati. We enjoyed exploring the area right around and my kids had ice that they enjoyed from Piper's. Thanks for having us!

Summary: We failed to get the code from the property mgr prior to arriving, spent an hour trying to track him down. The location is great lots of fun bars and restaurants. Very convenient to downtown Cincy and the Ark and Creation Museum. Some of the towels and washcloths need replacing, could see right through them.

Summary: Great place for a long weekend. Close to many bars and restaurants. Owner updated air as the place was very cool and comfortable. Great balcony to have coffee and beverages. Couldn't even tell a restaurant was below.

Summary: This was a great locqtion for our visit. We came in for a Reds game and stayed for two nights. Between the trolley that runs just behind thebbuilding qnd the easy walking access across the Boeling Bridge, we didn't have to drive once. The unit was very nice and well malntained. As the listing says the stairs are somewhat steep but the short flights leading to the main floor are short. The upper floor bedrooms are quite large and the bathrooms are great. We would definitely stay again.
