This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates.
About the Home
This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled 2015, it has new hardwood/tile floors throughout, new paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom suite features a California King size bed, full size futon, walk in closet and a 49 inch LED Smart TV.
The second bedroom boasts a Twin over Full bunk bed with Trundle pullout, and a 40 inch LED Smart TV with DVD player.
The living room features a Queen sized Sofa pullout bed, a 65 inch LED Smart TV and Blu-ray player.
The condo also has a queen sized air mattress.

Summary: Owner was very helpful and accommodating!! The home was nicely furnished and had plenty of kitchenware, including lots of dishes and cutlery and even some spices. We stayed for 9 nights and never ran out of anything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Summary: My family and I stayed here for 4 Disney days and some other activities in the area. We have children from 5-8 years old and we walked to and from the Disney parks easily. The condo is perfectly located. The use of space is incredible, all beds were comfortable, and we were able to relax there while we were not out and about. Access to the pool/hot tub is really close to the condo as well. If you're traveling for Disney, this is definitely a top pick. We had such a great time and hope to come back and stay here again!

Summary: We’ve stayed at rental homes near Disneyland multiple times, and they all have been nice. This one was our favorite because from the moment you walk in you can tell that the owners know what helps short-stay renters. They have many small touches (little snack bag, new toiletries I’m case you forget something, beach towels that are different from bath towels, strollers, garage parking, etc.) that are so very convenient. Also, we are going there for Disneyland, so the location is key. We were a .8 mile walk from the front gate. That is a true 10-minute walk, which is very close after a very long day. We’ve stayed at a couple of places that are about a 15-minute walk, which can be a bit of a drag with tired little ones after a long day at Disney. We will definitely check for availability at this place the next time we’re at Disney.

Summary: This was our first experience with VRBO, but we have stayed in a lot of short-term rentals. This was the best short-term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The inside was beautifully updated and decorated to have a warm, cozy feel. It was very clean with many amenities: toiletries, coffee and condiments, and extra pillows. We were impressed that there was plastic dinnerware for our toddler. Beds and couch were comfortable. The big TVs in the bedrooms were nice after long days at Disneyland. Very short walk to Disney, and short drive to many restaurant options on Katella Ave. Check-in / Check-out super easy. We’d honestly stay here again even if we weren’t going to Disneyland.

Summary: We had high expectations for this property because of all the great reviews. However, it completely surpassed them! I am so happy we chose to stay here- it was perfect for our family of five. We loved the garage for our rental car and the close proximity to Disney. We were close enough to walk back and rest each afternoon for a couple hours and then stay until closing!

Summary: We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this by far was the best one!! Fantastic proximity to Disney even my 8 year old twins didn’t complain about the walk! It rained while we were there and we were provided with umbrella! The kitchen had everything you needed from spices to coffee filters. The property was clean and very updated. My kids were even provided with a goodie bag filled with treats! We will be staying here again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
