Summary: This small, yet spacious home has plenty of room for a family or a small group needing a place to stay near downtown area or nearby wedding venues. Updated interior with ample room for a small family or group of friends. Very unique bathroom, updated kitchen with barstools, and a nice backyard space right by the Factory at Walton and the Engine Room. Definitely would return here for an event in Monroe area

Summary: This was a lovely old home that obviously the owners are putting a lot of thought and money into. Our only complaint is that the lawn had obviously not been mowed in a while. I contacted the owner and was told that their lawn person has been ill but somebody would be there the next day to mow which didn't happen. We were able to enjoy the back deck but not the lovely back yard which included a fire pit and adarondak chairs. Our small dog didn't appreciate the long grass and weeds. Best of luck to you in the future.

Summary: This home is so cute, updated kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to us and took care of all of our needs. Would recommend this to everyone who needs a place to stay for a day or a longer stay.
