Summary: We could not access wifi. A bulletin board with access password would have been helpful. Also no hair dryers to be found. A hanging rack upstairs needed. Could not access backporch. Allowing us to have a few friends over for TV viewing of the LSU gymnastics team was great.

Summary: Safe neighborhood, older spacious home. Swimming pool - a night photo of patio lights and lit pool would make a great addition to the listing. Abundance of parking - 2 drive ways. Owners seem new and rely on feedback. Bring extra towels or confirm extras are available.

Summary: This property could be great, but has a lot of deferred maintenance and was not thoroughly clean. Owner was moderately responsive; basic things were missing/not guys-ready like garbage bags, laundry/towels in the dryer, and all dishes in the dishwasher. No patio furniture, except for broken chairs and trash and debris in the backyard. We made the best of it, but this property needs TLC, attention, and a deep clean (stovetop, bathroom, and kitchen cabinets/drawers).

Summary: We stayed for 4 days to visit our Tiger over Spring Break. We were able to walk to three different coffee shops in the mornings and to several restaurants on Perkins and Chimes. Trader Joe’s is also a short walk away. The home is very spacious and comfortable for a family. We were off season for pool use, but it would have been a nice addition to our stay if the weather was warmer. Note: The spa tub on the listing is actually in the master bath. Consider bringing your own pots or bakeware if you plan to cook a lot. Plenty of plates, drinkware, utensils, and frying pans were provided.

Summary: I called 2152 cedardale home for five weeks during my work stay in Baton Rouge. It is a perfect home away from home. There isn’t much better than coming home after a long day & relaxing in a salt water pool & if it gets to hot the A.C. downstairs will cool you off quick. The neighborhood is very clean & well kept. It is also full of very nice & respectful people. You could not ask for a better selection of restaurants & shops within walking distance & very close driving distance. I wish I could keep this house a secret but it would be a disservice to the owner & his family who are a top notch folk who are caring & engaged in the property. Makes me want to go out of my way to spend a week in Baton Rouge & relax.
