Summary: The house is great. It was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. However the house is advertised as * walk to sand*, the beach is a few blocks away. It's farther than I would be willing to walk with all our beach supplies and back after a day of sun and sand but it'a short drive away

Summary: Pros: walking distance to beach, cute, decently equippedCons: the place clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was dog fur and hair everywhere. It seemed no surface or floor had been wiped or swept. There was a bug in our bed, spiders throughout, and the bathtub faucet was seriously rusted from the Surfside water (not suitable for kids). The water there is not potable so it would’ve been nice to have one jug of drinking water available already but there wasn’t. The faucet water also smells horrible as if it came straight from the ocean (not the property’s fault but fyi). The Evolve property manager was dismissive of how unclean the place was and only offered for someone to come out and change our linens. The place definitely needs some more updates as there are several hazards to kids: top bunk bed is broken, exposed nails all over the deck, etc We definitely will not be staying here again.
