So close to the beach that you can smell the sea and hear the waves. ON BEACH TIME is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath jewel, recently renovated for guests. The “like new” home features 1250 square feet of space that along with the bedrooms and baths, includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, screened patio, a fenced private yard and 1 car garage. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal or the area has a variety of restaurants with varied menus to choose from casual to elegant. The front bedroom is slightly larger of the two and has a KING sized bed with a private bath. The back bedroom has two FULL sized beds and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom. Each bed has a complete set of extra linens. The living room has 2 sofas, an oversized chair, a 50” flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, tables, and a variety of games. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 persons. WIFI, A/C and heating, washer and dryer are all available for your comforts. The bath linens are well stocked along with other comforts of home. Beach towels and chairs are included too. You and your guests can unwind with drinks and dinner prepared on the outdoor grill. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse after your time at the beach. And don't pack those soiled clothes , take advantage of the washer and dryer for use during your stay.
Add days to your life by viewing both SUNRISES and SUNSETS each and every daily. The OCEAN is only about 200 yards away that’s it! The FLORIDA INTRACOASTAL is about 350 yards away and you get to enjoy the sunsets from there. This stretch of beach is a "no drive" section. Usually very quiet and unspoiled on the beach section near ON BEACH TIME.
There is also ample parking for several cars, pickups and motorcycles in both the long driveway and in front of home along the street.
Shopping, dining, great choices of restaurants, bars, gasoline stations, Houses of Worship, Publix, Starbucks and the Daytona Beach Convention Center all between 5 to 20 minutes drive.

Summary: I have stayed at this home several times over the years! My mom and I think of it as our home away from home when we visit family in Ormond. It is super clean, beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal. The back porch is a wonderful place for morning coffee, quiet place to read, or gather with with family. Highly recommend this home, as it does not disappoint!

Summary: Overall good location, nice and peaceful several really good restaurants close by. The owners were accommodating and reached out partway through the stay to make sure everything was appropriate. All in all i would stay again if i visit Florida again.

Summary: The description of the house is correct. It was very clean, perfect equiped (e.g. many towels, spices in the kitchen, beach chairs, …) and it is located in a calm street. We enjoyed especelly in the evening or during the rain the covered outdoor seating with fly gauze. We would book it again at anytime.

Summary: The property was everything that we were hoping for. We have stayed in Daytona before and loved this house! It was well kept, updated, and clean. The house was fully stocked from the kitchen, to linnens and even beach gear. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I would greatly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation.

Summary: Well appointed, super clean house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our check in and communication with the host could not have been easier. Rooms are bigger than pictures indicate and the closed in screened porch was an added bonus. Ormond beach is less than a two minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would stay here again and again.

Summary: The house felt more spacious than the photos. Fully stocked with everything you need. I loved sitting(and napping) in the enclosed patio to get a breeze but safe from bugs. Such a great location! short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store, and friendly faces all around.

Summary: We loved our stay in this lovely home. There was lots of room for the three of us, and we were very happy with the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, showers great and there were plenty of supplies. We lived on the lanai, and the yard, with the palm trees was just right. Tracey was immediately responsive with any questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.
