Wonderful location with all the amenities you want for your vacation. Views of mountains, golf course & fishing pond from this spacious top floor unit with vaulted ceilings. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Steps to seasonal heated pools and 3 hot tubs (at least one hot tub open all year!).
Wonderful space to get away! Plenty of room to get comfortable and relax and enjoy time together, with a great location to enjoy all the year-round activities available.
Well-stocked with all you need to easily make meals and hang out. Well-stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, tea pot, blender, griddle, super cool waffle-maker and all you need to easily make snacks and meals. Just ask if you're wondering if it has it! Settle into the comfy living room with gas fireplace (or we have A/C too), HD TV, board games and free Wi-Fi.
Deck is a lovely place to sit and look at the mountain and golf course views, spot some strolling deer and watch the osprey dive into the pond. Grill is available on the deck and there are additional grills by the tennis courts. You can see the lower pool and hot tub from deck as well.
Primary suite has King bed and 3/4 bathroom, HD TV. Second bedroom has Queen bed. Living room has Queen sleeper sofa with a surprisingly comfy mattress. We also have a Graco Pack and Play & High Chair available. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
Amenities include 2 seasonal Heated Pools and a toddler pool and 3 Hot Tubs. The grounds also offer a tennis & basketball court, catch and release fishing pond, playground, grills & two additional hot tubs. Pool noodles, badminton set and 2 (older) tennis racquets and basketball are available for your use. Pools and 3 Hot Tubs open typically early April - October depending on weather. At least one of the Hot Tubs is open all year.
Close to hiking for casual & adventurous hikers, golf, Nordic Skiing, Alpine Skiing, tubing (snow and river!), mountain and road biking, wine tasting, brewery tasting, shopping, plus great art, music, theater and oh so many fun festivals! Or simply sit and relax, read a book, look out the window at the views as the lighting changes, the snow falls or nap time calls.
The property is next to Enchantment Park offering a playground, bike pump track, skateboard-park, ball fields, sledding hill, and River trail. Take the River trail right to town watching the tubers and rafters float by and the ospreys and king fishers fly by!

Summary: What an absolutely perfect property. This condo was close enough to downtown Leavenworth to feel like you had access, and yet removed enough that you could hear a pin drop in the forest. We were lucky enough to be staying during the first snowfall of the season, and the views from the deck were beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: A quiet location but still able to walk into town. The location and view are amazing, relaxing and so enjoyable. The property was clean, had everything we needed and would stay here again.

Summary: Were able to check in 30 min early thanks to responsive hostess. Spacious unit, well stocked. Nearby hot tub closed. Covered hot tub was too crowded. But were able to use Windham tub. They offered us a free paint and sip night. It was a good time, though they will try selling you a time share. Main shower was cold and living room Roku tv was terrible. Beds were good. Nice selection of books, games, along with popcorn and cocoa. We had a good time!

Summary: This condo and location was great for our family of 5. Spacious, well stocked, great beds and a king in the master is a must for us. Enchantment park backs up to these and we came prepared with the kids bikes for the pump track. The park connects to a nature trail leading over Blackbird Island and along the river into town which was absolutely beautiful on these sunny fall days. Lots of amazing pictures were captured with the yellow leaves falling over the trails! If your looking to get a little bit of nature in with your trip, this is the place to be. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but we overlooked it directly behind us. Thanks so much for the great stay, we would definitely recommend!
