Summary: We are very Grateful to have been able to stay in your home, as it was a last minute family change of plans that we needed to stay in the Mesa area. Your home is just as described, it was very clean, well furnished, warm and cozy. We had a few rainy days and enjoyed sitting out on your back porch smelling the desert sipping hot tea. We enjoyed gathering in your family room, playing games and sharing stories. Your home was easy to locate in a beautiful neighborhood. It was easy to get around town going to the botanical gardens, the Riparian water ranch and zoo. We also enjoyed taking evening walks and looking at everyones holiday lights. Thank You for opening your home for the holidays.

Summary: We only gave this property five stars because VRBO doesn't allow ten. We're vacation property owners ourselves + have stayed in many VRBOs over the years & this place caused us to feel the need to step up our game. It was wonderful in every way imaginable. Spacious, clean, quiet location, well-stocked kitchen, safe & secure inside a gated community, owners were responsive, check in/out process very simple. The house itself is as pictured. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, great outdoor space. This one's very simple - if you're coming to the Phoenix area ....STAY HERE!!

Summary: We loved this home the moment we walked in. The house is delightful, the patio and yard peaceful and pretty. The location was absolutely perfect for our desert holiday from the UK. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and there is direct walking access to the Usery Mountain Regional Park and the trails therein. There are multiple choices for restaurants and shopping nearby and the 202 makes it easy to explore the East Valley and beyond. Wayne was a charming host helping us with any queries we had. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend this home.
