The home is a spacious 2 story townhouse that comfortably sleeps 6! King and queen upstairs. Queen sized air mattress downstairs.
If somehow you've had your fill of wining and dining in Dallas, stay in and enjoy a 60 inch flat screen with full surround sound in the living room. Sync your Pandora playlist to our built in Sonos soundbar and subwoofer and have a romantic evening alone. Make a delicious meal in your full kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms each have their own 42 inch flat screen and all have their own UVerse remote so you can all watch something different at the same time.

Summary: The property suited 4 of us perfectly. It’s exactly as the pictures show. The neighborhood is very safe. We felt comfortable walking to Lower Greenville restaurants after dark, as well as those on Skillman too.

Summary: Great place that is well represented by the pictures. The location is awesome. You can walk to lower Greenville and there are a couple of great places right next door off of Skillman. It is also walking distance to Swiss Ave, which is great for jogging or walks. The house has a private back yard and is on a quiet block. As noted in a few reviews, the master bed is very high, because it has storage underneath. I didn’t realize this when I booked, but you cannot use the garage, because it is used for storage. There is room for parking in the driveway.

Summary: The pictures and description are technically accurate, but the pics show a place that feels clean and pleasant. We found a mix - the back yard had a great fence and dog door but the grass hadn't been cut in a while, dead leaves not picked up and stuff lying around. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The last renters left a kitchen pot in the backyard and it was sitting outside the door looking yucky. The main wood floor looks worn, the living room rug ratty, the couch only ok, the dining table fine. The refrigerator was nasty - shelves and drawers had lots of food spills and stains. Cabinets have lots of partially used food, some old kids stuff. Coffee maker had not been cleaned - old coffee baked into the bottom of the pot, etc. The first couple of drinking glasses I pulled out had fingerprints and lipstick, like they had been rinsed but not fully cleaned. So we ran everything through the dishwasher. This made us question what else in the apt was not cleaned. Bad start to a visit during Covid. The beds were comfortable, sheets / blankets / pillows great. But you need a step stool to get into one bed. Bathrooms were fine, towels ok. appropriate amount of paper goods and soap. One of the Shower curtain rods is rusty and needs replacing. Not a single coat hanger in the 3 closets (we left a few for the next renter), and insufficient drawers / shelves for clothes. TV's were excellent. Summary - The apt has great potential and easy walking location to Lower Greeneville. But it feels like a family lived there, moved out, left their older stuff and has a less than thorough housekeeper.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Mr. Bigvand’s home. The house was very clean, neat, and organized. Loved the decor and updated appliances. The rooms are very spacious for family or friends. Great sound system “Sonos” to enjoy the music and other entertainment. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Very calm neighborhood and conveniently located. I definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Stayed here with family for a few days. Downtown Dallas is close by. There were a few restaurants to walk to and we really enjoyed lower Greenville which is about one mile away. Place was clean and all towels, utensils and everything else we needed was there.

Summary: Zagros was the perfect host, incredibly helpful and responsive, and we had a wonderful stay at his property. The place was perfect for us, had everything we needed and was located in a great neighborhood, very convenient to downtown and with great restaurants within walking distance. The back patio was a beautiful place to enjoy meals and relax. The next time we visit Dallas, we hope to stay here again!

Summary: We booked this property for a 4 day girlfriend's weekend. The owner worked to accommodate our arrival and departure times, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great, clean, and well-stocked with supplies. There were many places to eat within walking or driving distance. Traveling to and from Dallas Love Field was very easy, and it was also simple to drive around the area to visit local sites. Zagros was always able to reach and answered any questions we had and also provided us with a list of possible locations to visit. I would recommend this place to my friends and we discussed returning to Dallas and renting again. Overall, it was a great experience.

Summary: Zagros and his team did a great job handling our reservation. The home is very clean and nice and it's in a great location. We walked to a different restaurant every day about 5 minutes away and had wonderful strolls home because we'd take the long way. Pre-wired Netflix on all the TVs is a great touch. They were very accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again when we are in the Dallas.
