Summary: This was a two-story older house that had been flipped. We rented the 1st floor only. It would be nice if the 2nd floor was carpeted so the footsteps were not so loud. It would also be nice if the person managing the property could turn on the heat before we got there. It was clean, everything worked, and it met our needs.

Summary: What a beautiful property! Great location to our GCSU daughter’s house, downtown & campus. The property was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and a great retreat for our family to gather. We will make this a regular for our visits!!!

Summary: First I would like to say the place is immaculate. Very well decorated. We did not like that there was not a tv. We also did not think that the surroundings were ideal. Look out one window and there are 15 trash cans. Look out the other side and it appeared that it was an old gas station turned lumbar yard. By the time we paid VRBO fees, it was &470 for the weekend. We also could hear a lot of street traffic at night and early morning . Did have coffee and nice toiletries. Next time, we will go back and stay at lake.
