Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.
There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

Summary: Property was as described. Overall very clean and comfy. Great communication. Furniture issue was quickly solved to our satisfaction. Great location except on a busy street, but traffic noise did not greatly affect our stay. Large secure backyard, great for pets.

Summary: There were a couple of items missing like hand soap and extra toilet tissue but the owner brought them over. Would have been nice to have had kleenex tissues and perhaps a coffee table to sit drinks on. Other than that it was comfortable and very clean.

Summary: The property was comfortable and clean, and the location was great. We enjoyed being close to the university, walking trails, and plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We had our dog with us, and she loved exploring the large backyard, so we were all quite happy with our stay. Also, the property owner was very nice to work with - very accommodating and communicative.
