Summary: Pool area was very nice, but pool was not usable due to two hockey teams 11/12 year olds filled the pool and were throwing things at each other. Hot tub was great with the exception of the noise. Our daughters which are 12/14 were not able to enjoy the pool.

Summary: Overall the place is very nice. But very much lacking those details you expect at a higher end resort. The food sounded delectable, unfortunately came less than luke warm and please don’t order desert, it was dry and old. I do understand the issues of running a restaurant on the off season. But please, only offer what you can make well. The bathroom in the room appeared to have lovely toiletries. Unfortunately they were all watered down and u useable. I chose not to complain while at the resort as it was my birthday and I did not want to spend my time complaining. However, these things were disappointing.

Summary: The food at the hotel restaurant was very mediocre, flavourless, there was only 2 tables of 4 people each while we were there, our food was wrong, cold and had to be sent back. We got the pasta deal. The hotel is also not very sound proof, we could hear every single foot step, door closing and conversation from beside us and above us.
