Positive: Ms. Audrey Su from customer service made our stay truly memorable and comfortable. She kindly shared helpful information about room upgrades, and her recommendation turned out to be an excellent choice. She even went the extra mile to assist us in getting a taxi from the convention center when we were stuck due to a roadblock. When I informed her that we might not make it back in time for checkout, she thoughtfully extended our checkout time by 30 minutes instead of charging an extra day’s rate, which we really appreciated.

Positive: My experience at the Kunming Wanda Vista Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, near by shopping mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful city views. Audrey were professional and very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.
