Negative: Longer commute to tourist extractions than we thought but still wasn’t bad. 13 euros in an Uber.

Positive: My son accidentally broke bedside lump whilst making the bed. I informed the company. We were told to pay €60 for a replacement (when that lump can be bought in IKEA for approximately 15-30 euros). It appears this apartment does not have any insurance covers. Very disappointed. Left the apartment very tidied and cleaned (see attached pictures) , yet expecting to pay extra €60 for an old lump that got broken accidentally.

Positive: Good value of money, easy access to the location, clean and located at 500m from Place d'Italie metro station. When renting the apartment, a parking lot is not included, but there is a private parking YESPARK nearby the location at a very good price.
Negative: The water drain from the bathroom can often get clogged, but with a mop you can press it for quick and easy unclogging. It only takes you 2 minutes to do it.

Negative: It was confusing looking for the apartment. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for our group of 5 persons for 3 days stays. The shower’s drain is super slow.
