Bathrooms: Main bathroom is large featuring a large spa bath. Second bathroom is an ensuite off the master bedroom.
Bedrooms: Master with king bed, large drawers, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Second bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with bunks (single above a double). Trundler bed and cot also available.

Gardens: fully fenced and gated separate from the drive way for children and pets. Garden is mostly edible so hopefully you can eat some fresh produce. Table

Summary: Great home for all. Lovely and spacious and warm!! Loved the thermal pool and the beds were so comfortable we ended up coming back to Auckland and buying a new bed!! Thoroughly enjoyed. Only downside was noisy main road but on a whole would certainly stay again!

Summary: The location was great. Close to everything you need in Rotorua. It was a very hot weekend but the house stayed cool which was a blessing to come home to after a day in the hot sun (we were in Rotorua for a touch tournament). Lots of space for the 6 of us and awesome that we could take our fur baby! Thanks.
