Positive: Everything was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean with fresh, fragrant bedding and covers. They even provided unopened house slippers, small toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoos — all brand new. The owner was very kind and always tried to accommodate us and help in any way he could. Absolutely recommended!

Positive: It is an amazing place to stay. The room was very clean, the owners were extremely nice and attentive. They left little breakfast for the rooms every day. There is a little terrace area where you can relax, the room had a little balcony we enjoyed a lot! The location is not city center, however, there are metro connections 5 minutes and 10 minutes walk away, there is a bus directly going into the beaches so it was very easy to get around.
Negative: The location might be challenging if it’s your first time in Barcelona, note that the B20/B80 or N6 buses do not accept 2,3,4 day cards and you can only pay in cash. The neighbourhood is a bit loud but it is very lively and did not feel unsafe at all!
Summary: Totally worth the money, amazing owners, extremely clean room!

Positive: We had a pleasure to stay in Warm Harbor for 5 days in October 2024. The hosts are an Asian family who are super friendly and helpful. We had little troubles to understand eachother, however it was resolved by Google Translate. Rooms are not very big however very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed there. Common kitchen and dining area were very spacious and had almost all utensils needed to make a breakfast/simple lunch etc. We actually even had a basic breakfast( a mix croissants, eggs, sandwiches etc) provided by the hosts every morning, which was a very nice surprise for us! Also the fridge was constantly refilled by the owners with bottled watter and juice. Absolutely recommend! :)
Negative: The walls in the apartment are pretty thin, so just be prepared for that. However it did not caused any issues for us during the stay as we were mostly outside discovering beauties of Barcelona! Location is near the last station of red metro line, which takes a little time to get from there to the main attractions. (30-40 min)
Summary: Very clean and neat apartment and very friendly hosts! Great value for the price!
