Summary: This is the hotel to choose over all others. You forget it is a hotel. Staff are excellent and attentive. Location could not be better. Montreal has a lot to offer and Let Crystal is on that list.

Summary: Best bed and bedding! Rooms are also quiet. Convenient location, right in the center of downtown and within walking distance to most attractions, dining and shopping.

Summary: It's the little things that really make the stay. But the big things are great too. So, we were lucky enough to get our room upgraded. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites with 2 bedrooms. The suite was unbelievable. 2 lovely, large bathrooms, large common area, and a huge, private deck. Having a kitchenette is a lovely perk. I can't say enough about how lovely this room was, but the service was what really made the place amazing. We had bath robes and slippers awaiting us in the closet for myself, my partner and our daugter which was amazing. The pool had kids life jackets and floaties to play with and every request made to the front desk was met with quick responses and service. I don't know if we will ever get a chance to stay in the penthouse suite again, but the next time we are in Montreal, we will definitely book a room here because everything was great.
