Summary: Came in for a concert at the Brookshire Grocery Arena. It was located near everything and was great for our group.

Summary: Our family had a great time and enjoyed having so much space for 8 people! I personally came with half of the group and my children were more excited than anything to find thevmaster closet was big enough for a queen sized blow up mattress so my kids and their cousin could all hang out together like a clubhouse the nights we stayed! We will definitely book again if your house is available the next time we come down to see family! Thank you for providing such a great house for a large group to stay in together! We out together for the nights we stayed!

Summary: We enjoyed the stay. We needed a place to sleep before completing our trip. This was aperfect place. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was very quite, and coffee was supplied. We would consider this BNB again.

Summary: We had a two night stay. The home was clean, but the neighborhood was not as I thought it would be. Fenced in back yard with a covered patio and a gated driveway. The instructions for the house were simple. The kitchen was clean and came with most needed utensils.

Summary: The house itself didnt have any serious issues, but when we arrived the cleaning staff was still there. When I contacted the host to ask if they knew when it would be ready, there was no response via call or text. There's only one tv in the entire house. Bedroom doors were very loud opening and closing so any nighttime bathroom trips woke at least one person in the house up. The area the house is in is a nice enough area, however, the street it's on is extremely busy with cars going fairly fast. That alone isn't a big deal, but the front door is a handle that you simply pull down to exit--no lock--so our toddler was able to open it at will. We ended up moving a bench in front of it for peace of mind. The back porch was covered in a thick blanket of leaves (maybe 4" to 5") as well as some trash we had to clean up. A large hail storm was headed our way coming from the direction we needed to travel so we asked for a later checkout to avoid the storm and damage to our vehicles, but also never received a response, so there was zero communication from the host. All in all, it's a decent place to stay if you won't be spending much time there and you don't have young children.
