Summary: Very cool renovated historic property; comfortable, small efficiency apartment. The fireplace is decorative. The walk to restaurants, shops, and the river is quick and gentle. Parked easily on the street when returning later in the evening. Needed the overnight parking garage once; short walk to it. Host notices were helpful. Did not need assistance while there but it seemed that they would be very responsive.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed this space! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable during my late fall visit to Alexandria. And it was literally steps away from King street, great food, and all the things! I will definitely stay here again. It is definitely a small studio unit for one or two, but the well stocked kitchen has full sized appliances and the bathroom is a nice size and very nice. The host was easy to work with. I only had to contact him twice during my stay, and he responded quickly both times.

Summary: As locals, we used this as extra accommodations over the Christmas holidays. The location is excellent to the wonderful feel of historic Alexandria charm and history. The room was wonderful and parking options given by the owner were brilliant. Worked perfectly for our needs!

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property while I was attending a conference in DC. Old Town is so unique and wonderful and this quaint little carriage House is located at the perfect spot. The courtyard is very nice to enjoy and you can walk to hundreds of restaurants and bars. Thomas was very accommodating and responsive with anything that we needed. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay! We hope to visit Old Town again. I’ve never seen any other city like it. Thank you, Thomas, for a wonderful experience.

Summary: Perfect pied-a-terre. All restaurants and activities within a couple of blocks in each direction. Brand new fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and bedding, large multi-channeled TV above electric glowing fireplace. Idyllic outdoor courtyard entry. We had a wonderful experience in the area and this little jem was a perfect respite for our full days and nights of exploring the delights of the origins of our nation.
