Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Greifenburg 12 km, Weissensee 23 km. Please note: car recommended. The chalet is located on the Wassertheurer Alm at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level. In summer, the chalet offers numerous hiking opportunities. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove (wood included).

Upper floor: 1 room with 3 double beds. Large patio. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Please note: smoke alarm. The 2 double beds on the ground floor are in two alcoves separated by a wall without doors. The shower and toilet on the lower floor are accessible only through the terrace (balcony).
