Summary: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. We all have plenty of room and the location is great. The home was clean and Communication was very easy with the property manager. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property housed our party of 19 well! It was big enough for everyone to enjoy the common area without feeling like we were on top of each other and the sleeping arrangements were great. The views are fun and the amenties were everything we needed and more. The parking was perfect for the amount of cars we had as it is a big driveway! Instructions for check in/out were laid out well and easy to follow. The house is not too far from all that Boji has to offer and was a great accomodation for our stay. The only thing to note for the house is that the bunk bed upstairs is maybe not the most ideal for adults as the bottom bunk is very close to the top. That made it a little hard to get in and out of and the top of the bunk is very close to you when you are sleeping in the bed. It is a queen bunk, which is awesome, but sleeping two on the top of that bunk seemed to bow the bed a little bit. So it could maybe be best fit for teens (mainly because it does not have rails on the sides for small kiddos)! Otherwise, this was great for us and I highly reccomend it to anyone looking to enjoy Boji! Thank you to the amazing hosts - we had a beautiful time and you were great to work with. :)

Summary: We enjoyed the property’s location and that it accommodated our large family. There is a great amount of space to gather as a large group or to spread out - enough bedrooms to give people personal space. The beds were very comfortable. It also had a well-stocked kitchen. However, there are a lot of stairs, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a great place to stay in the Okoboji area if you have a large family or group.

Summary: The property was very nice. The Wi-Fi could use a booster or something as we were told there were smart Tv's, but we could not get enough speed to use the TV on the second level. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen could use more utensils etc. There was a very low supply of towels in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the house as the weather was not the greatest. We found it very comfortable for our group to visit. Be aware there are A LOT of stairs. If you have elderly in your group be aware. The dishwasher is not bolted in. When you try to load it falls out. Other than the suggestions listed above the house is very comfortable and has a great view of the lake.
