This large, contemporary home located on Bound Brook Island offers privacy, beautiful water views and great sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from the deck. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the property accommodates 10 comfortably. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds, while the second floor offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king, and the third with two twins.
Amenities include a screened porch, satellite TV, washer/dryer and plenty of room to stretch out with the 2440 sq. ft of living space. Walk out of the house and down the stairs to a nice sandy beach and rinse off in the unenclosed outdoor shower afterwards.
Bring your family dog for an added fee. **PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 cars allowed. One to be parked in the garage the other three parked in front of it. Do not block access to house on right. ***NOTE: Road to house is a long, dirt road for a couple miles. One lane traffic. SUV or higher clearance car recommended. Please be aware that road access to the home may be temporarily limited due to storm surge or weather conditions. We recommend checking local updates and planning accordingly.*** 3 night minimums available in off season with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

Summary: Such a beautiful location. We wanted a relaxed get away and definitely got it. We are talking about next year already. Also very comfortable, bed and furniture are actually very comfortable which you don't always get on a rental. Be ready for a little off roading, nice long private dirt road. Thanks for sharing your home.

The closeness to nature and the beauty of the surroundings left us loving our time at the house. There were several improvements over the year that made our stay comfortable. The new floor on the second floor was a problem though. I kept tripping on the several floor buckles leading to two bedrooms. I am sure, though, this will be fixed come the end of the season as the owners have been attentive to the care of the property in the past.

We had a wonderful time - beautiful sunsets and beach was great. Management company was responsive to a few minor issues - the info said 1 of the rooms had a queen bed and it was now a king bed so we brought the wrong size sheets. They promptly sent over a set of king sheets. Also the house had no broom so they brought over a broom for us. The only other issue we had was sometimes the water pressure would be very low and showers would be difficult to take but the problem seemed to correct itself with time. Suggest they have a look at that. Otherwise our week was great and we would certianly come back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this place after our stay last year. The view and location is phenomenal. This year we stayed in July and did not do well without AC. The rental listing reads AC but we knew going into it, that was not the case. Had a few problems but the rental company responded quickly and to our satisfaction. Some things could not be fixed like tiny biting bugs called noseeums. They can fit through screens. We were advised to spray screens with a natural bug repellant and not to leave lights on in bedrooms. This helped a lot. On days with a breeze it was wonderful, but when windows were closed up due to rain or bugs it was not great for us. If you dont mind the heat, some bugs and some wear and tear; you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets, wildlife and privacy. Im sure we will return again but at a time when the weather is cooler. If you go in the summer, bring some fans! And make a visit each night to the beach for the sunset and seal-watching.

The house has a spectacular view and is only a stone staircase (a bit rugged) away from the sand. The only update needed on the rental property listed information is that the master is a King bed and not a queen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is incredible. Very roomy and lots of light. The drive in to the property is a bit precarious, but worth it. The wifi situation was rough but we dealt with it. I found the house to be a bit dirty. The window sills, glass doors and curtains could use a cleaning. I wished there were more kitchen utensils to cook with. A sharp knife? The 9:30 check out is a lot to ask. 11 would be more reasonable. The location more than makes up for the mishaps.
