Bay Front, Single Family Home with Panoramic Views! The best location in Monterey Beach. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the breeze off the deck overlooking Barnegat Bay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Crab, fish, kayak, stand up paddle board, lie in the sun, play in the sand, and swim off the dock while enjoying your vacation at the Jersey shore. Dine and grill bayside as you enjoy spectacular sunsets. Please inquire for weekends and off-season rentals, we try to accomodate for the entire year.
This spacious home has 6 bedrooms (all on the second floor) and 3 full baths. Master Bedroom has a king and a loft with a sitting area outside overlooking the bay. Second Bedroom has a queen overlooking the water. Third bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed overlooking the bay. Fourth Bedroom has a queen and a loft. Fifth bedroom has king and a loft. Sixth bedroom has a king off the sitting room. Two decks located on the second floor overlooking the water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Spacious family room has windows on 3 sides overlooking the bay. TV/DVD Cable.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Two outdoor faucets and a hot & cold outdoor shower. Gas Grill (tanks provided, you may need to fill them at Lavallette Hardware). Three outdoor tables. Parks six cars.
Bay Beach, just a short walk away, has a full playground with swings, lifeguard on duty all summer. Monterey Beach is a great family beach for swimming, surfing, playing in the sand, or just relaxing and catching sun.

Summary: Eight of us "geezers" stayed at this property. While I don't want to ruin it and say too much, I just can't say enough. If we tried we couldn't possibly think of one negative thing to say. Location, direct Bayfront. Immaculate throughout. Ample room for all to spread out and enjoy. Six spacious bedrooms. Flawless communication with owner. Plenty of parking. We were unanimous voting this a perfect house and setting. Can't thank Todd enough. See you next year...

Summary: The place is very large and the views are spectacular! Loads of beds, all rooms are large. Views both in and out were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We are from Pa and we have been renting for years down the shore and this was the best place we ever stayed. The house is beautiful and very large. The yard was great for fishing. We will definitely recommend this place ; and stay ourselves again

Summary: Nice property. Nice views. Nice owner. Only thing I/we didn't like is the flies off the bag when there is a West wind. They move to the beach after a strong west wind. Its a Jersey Shore and bay thing...nothing to do directly with the property.

Summary: Beautiful home with a spectacular open layout on the first floor and plenty of seating and windows to take in the amazing bay views. All bedrooms are on the second floor with plenty of options to find the right bed for you and a view to go with it either in the room or right outside. Tons of natural light. Views of the bay are spectacular—you pretty much have 270° of barnegat bay action to take in from this property. Sandy/mixed stone yard was great for the kids to keep busy and be creative. We brought our crab traps and were not disappointed with summer blue claw action. We also brought our boat down (~30’ LOA, 9.5’ beam, ~3’ working draft) and were able to safely tie up at the dock. Keep in mind the fact that you are out on a point in the bay, so not a lot of protection from wakes and weather driven waves—gotta be thoroughly prepared for that. The beach is walkable (maybe 15 mins with wagons full of kids in tow) but there are options for drop-offs or parking within a few minutes if you prefer that route. A great week was had by all. We got lucky with 7 great sunsets out of 7 evenings we stayed. The extra fridge in the garage helped make sure everyone had a cold drink in hand to watch the sun go down. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! P.S. Todd was extremely responsive, answered our questions, and kept us informed leading up to, during, and after our stay. Thanks!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at this location as well as with Todd. The house is located on space of land that gives you beautiful water views on two sides. The sunsets are like mini movies each night. The view from the 2nd floor makes you feel like you are cruising. It's an ideal place for large families to gather togerher. Todd was very accommodating to my family. We had a wonderful time celebrating my Dads 90th birthday. Overall a great experience

Summary: Amazing location with incredible views/sunsets! Todd, the property manager, was very helpful, responsive and easy to get in touch with. Very nice neighborhood with access to great beaches! The house can easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. Wifi was great no issues using Zoom to work from the Jersey shore, stream music, etc.
