You will get a discount if you book over 28 days. The property will always be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. There will also be cleaning products there for your convenience.
We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are all white for guests and bleached and washed in hot water for each visit.
Complimentary Water and coffee. Also, initial paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent and more are there for you at the villa at check in. Free WIFI.
We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there at times and have not had an issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly be an issue to your service.
Get ready for a relaxing peaceful vacation.
If you like outdoor space, this is it! Watch the fish jump from the LARGE wrap around screened in deck. Better yet, grab your fishing rod! Use of the boat ramp located at marina is included. There is room under the Villa to store a small boat and park your car. Also located on the property is an area to clean your boat and fish.
There is also a ramp on property to launch a canoe or kayak. Located next to the Villa's is the local grocery store and Pizza restaurant.
The Villa has updated wood look flooring throughout the main living area. The bedroom has a new King bed in 2022 and new carpet 2025, sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable. The living room TV is a smart TV. You can log into your account to watch Netflix, Prime and other available choices. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Washer/dryer located in the storage room down below.
The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, two chairs with ottomans to sit and relax and 2 gravity chairs. It's a great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened patio. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals.
Some nearby attractions include Air boat tours, fishing charters, boat and kayak tours. Smallwood store museum, located in Chokoloskee. Enjoy the beauty of the Everglades and 10,000 Islands!
Enjoy fresh Stone crabs at your local restaurants and seafood stores. Stone crab season is usually Mid-October-Mid May.
There are several local restaurants and a Tiki bar next to the Flying Pelican restaurant.
You can also explore with trips to Goodland, Marco Island and Naples.

Summary: As first timers to Everglades City, not sure what to expect, we fell in love with the area! Thing to do if you want, or just sit and relax by the pool. Restaurants in the area were amazing. And it’s a nice drive to Goodland or Marco if so desired. We sat out on the screened porch a lot, and enjoyed the location of the condo. Kim is so very attentive to anything you may need!

Summary: We have been spending time in Everglades City annually for more than 20 years and had a family home there until Hurricane Irma forcing us to rent somewhere to stay since then. Kim's Place is the best place that we have found in Everglades City. The villa is immaculate, charming, & comfortable. Kim leaves nothing to chance with clear communication from the time that the booking is made until checkout. Our only regret was that we were too busy to spend as much time as we would have liked on the huge screened porch looking at the water. We will be back, Thank you, Kim!

Summary: You cant go wrong staying in this cute, clean, cozy little villa. The location is perfect. We caught tons of crabs off the back docks. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Kim was amazing to deal with. It was a wonderful 2 weeks in the Everglades!

Summary: We stayed at this property for three weeks. Loved every thing about our time there. The outside screened in patio was our favorite place to hang out. The king size bed was very comfy and all the extras that you had for us was so appreciated. Would have loved to stay here again next year, however it was already booked. Thanks Kim for everything. Summary: Kim's condo and this community were a rare find--right on the water, away from the noise of the main street, and far enough away from the wastewater treatment plant not to hear that noise either. We couldn't think of a better location. We loved being able to launch our kayaks just steps from our door, with lots of options on where to go from there. We loved having the screened lanai so that biting flies didn't drive us indoors in the evenings. Because the condo is north-facing, it probably stays cool enough for many months, but since we were there for the month of January, that's just a guess.
