Summary: The house was clean and the location was great. We were close to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Gayle was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We stayed for a few days leading into Memorial Day in 2024. The house is fantastic! The neighborhood pool is great. Gayle was very accommodating and responsive. The house comes stocked with more than what I expected! The only complaint I see from others is that there isn’t direct beach access. I could care less. We’ve stayed in houses and condo buildings with immediate beach access and we will be coming back to this house over those. This is the Texas coast, which means everyone drives to the beach, on the beach, etc. This property is about a mile from one of the main access roads, so it’s super convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful getaway!

Summary: There was plenty of room for fun. The balconies are great and the are for grilling is a cool place to hang out. The beach access is close by and close to either Padre or Port A for restaurants and stores.

Summary: Very nice and well equipped house with a great host. Highly recommend. Do note that there is not beach access in the neighborhood, you must drive to the public beach access, but it was convenient and easy—particularly since you can drive on the beach.
