Summary: Long term stay while babysitting our new grandchild just a few blocks away. It was home away from home. Perfect size for my husband and I and had everything we needed for every day living. We want to thank Kelley and family for being such great hosts!

Summary: Condo was great. Well equipped and very comfortable. . My stay was enjoyable. Property is right on the beach and less than 10 min walk to the pier and restaurants and shopping. Property Owner was welcoming and helpful.

Summary: We had the pleasure of renting a clean and roomy one-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay for a delightful three-month summer getaway. The location was truly outstanding, mere steps away from the water, offering easy access to a diverse range of restaurants and amenities. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the private patio and the added convenience of a garage. What truly stood out, though, was the warm hospitality of the owners. They were not only delightful to interact with but also incredibly responsive to our few needs, making us feel as if their property was our very own home away from home. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this place to fellow travelers. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.

Summary: Perfect getaway for our family with 2 young kids, true Long Beach vibe! An exceptional value for being right on the beach. Kids played all day with the ample supply of beach toys available. Walked to playground and restaurants. House had everything we needed, we only brought clothes. Only recommendation is to bring your own knives if you plan to cook. Appliances, TV's wifi all worked great. Kelley was very responsive with questions prior to our trip and otherwise we had everything we needed.

Summary: We extended our stay in the Belmont Shores area in this rental and loved it. With beach, kayaking/paddleboarding, and fine restaurants just steps away, this apartment provided a very comfortable and amazingly quiet spot to get away when we needed to catch our breath. Loved that the owner had bikes and paddleboards and a BBQ available for use. And having a garage available for off- street parking was a real plus. We hope to return some time soon.

Summary: Everything was as described and Kelly was great... Communication was amazing.. I liked the private parking in the garage I would definitely try and stay here again next time we're in town... only thing that made me give it a 4 stars in cleanliness is that the rugs are made of burlap and it tends to get everywhere but the house was clean besides the burlap..
