Haven's Point is a 4-bed, 3.5-bath waterfront home spanning nearly 3000sf and less than a half-mile to the restaurants, shops & bars of East Greenwich's Main Street & Hill Harbor District. Also just 10 minutes to TF Green, 15 minutes to Providence and 25 minutes to Newport! Set on a peaceful section of Greenwich Cove, you and your guests will enjoy stunning water views from nearly every room as well as several outdoor living areas.
A brick walkway leads up to the main living level of Haven's Point. This floor has a kitchen that opens up to a large dining room overlooking the Cove - a truly special place for you and your family to enjoy a meal together. The dining room opens up to a long living area with a gas fireplace and a slider to a cozy private mahogany porch perched high above the water.
The top floor features 3 bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a queen sized bed, wonderful water views, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, cedar closet and 40" Smart TV
- A water-facing bedroom with a full sized bed and 32" Smart TV
- A nice sized bedroom with twin bunk beds

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable, and the house is in a lovely spot, especially considering that East Greenwich is not exactly a destination for general tourism. We stayed in November when the boat launches and cove were not the focus of our stay, so I cannot comment on those aspects. But we were in reasonably easy walking distance of the town center, the park at the end of the cove, and all that made the stay all the more pleasant. We greatly enjoyed the house at the times when we were simply present and just visiting with family members.

Summary: Beautiful property and neighborhood. Be prepared for the train though! It rattles the house at times. The first time i heard it go past i nearly had a heart attack. The house is spacious but not super clean. A lot of dust. We couldn't find a dustpan also and the vacuum was terrible. Yes, we clean before we leave generally. This was my first Vrbo rental as i usually use air b&b. It was a bit expensive for what you get. If the location wasn't so beautiful I'd be upset over the cost.

Summary: Beautiful location and charming home. However, I note that the Amtrak runs through only a few hundred feet away (noisy), and that the boaters who use the docks will constantly walk through the driveway.
