Summary: Great and place to stay for a quick getaway to the conference center. Very clean and convenient. Guys were going to Catfish Show. The view of the bridge and river were really nice. Had all the amenities for a quick stay.

Summary: First of all, this location is excellent! We are 2 retired couples who enjoyed the sitting porch which directly overlooks the river. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make some of our meals. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood along a beautiful greenway, many eateries and the walk bridge over the river.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and the scenery was marvelous. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and loved sitting on the front porch to watch the walking bridge change colors. My brother-in-law marveled over how nice the place and location was.

Summary: Very beautiful home on the river. Convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, had everything we needed to cook dinner, and had comfortable beds. Seemed to be in a very quiet and relaxed area. Host was responsive and check in was easy. The first night someone else was parked in our spot (in the back), but the extra parking in front saved the day! would definitely be back.

Summary: This property was perfect! We were in town for a music festival and this house was not only just 15 minutes from the Kentucky Expo Center but had an awesome view as well. House was very clean and kept when we arrived, Jennifer was super friendly and very responsive in all communications. Hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future, thank you Jennifer!

Summary: My husband and I traveled with his sister and her spouse to see Louisville. Our stay across the river was perfect. The unit was comfortable for the four of us, each with our own bathroom. We didn't do much cooking in the house, but what was there was fine for breakfast. Loved the porch overlooking the river. We enjoyed the walking bridge across the Ohio River and the restaurants within walking distance of the house. Would definitely return!

Summary: This property is undersold. The pics do not do it justice. This place is absolutely amazing. We loved spending our nights watching the river go by. So very relaxing. Great remodel of an old home. The hosts are incredibly responsive. They usually respond within minutes.
