Experience nature just 120 km from Toronto. This cozy cabin is located a 20 min drive from Collingwood and Wasaga Beach and is the perfect place for the rest, fishing and hunting.
It has a nice waterfront deck. There is one double size bed and one bunk bed, a propane fridge, small stove for a cooking and a wood stove for heating in a room.
There is a basic solar electricity in the cabin. It's enough for the light and to charge computer/phone batteries.
Outside washroom and a shower with the running water straight from the lake is close to the cabin. It operates on a septic system.
Enjoy a variety of activities: fishing (lots of trout), canoe, pontoon (included in the price).
We offer a wooden waterfront sauna for an additional cost.

Summary: Very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Maybe not for everyone as there are outside toilets ( not super close in the middle of night when it is pitch black) and cold showers and I suggest you bring your own forks spoons and knives as they only have plastic ones. But over all a very nice quiet place to reflect and be in nature. ( was hard to find though)

Summary: This place is a true gem. The hosts take amazing care and pride in the grounds and facilities - beautiful, clean, and inspiring. They were really friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. This the perfect place to unplug and experience the outdoors without all the extra work of backcountry camping. The kids especially loved how easy everything was and that there was so much for them to do (swimming, canoes, a trampoline, space to play, etc.) We were there during the week so there weren’t many other people around, but even if there were (there are a few different rentals along the same shore) the different cabins are all built a nice distance apart with their own space. We would absolutely come back here. Big thanks to our hosts for making our getaway a dream!

Summary: The cabin was very cozy and perfect for what we were looking for. The bed could be softer but it does the trick. Very quiet and peaceful, perfect if you want to unplug and just sit with nature for a few days. AND THE STARS.....awesome!!

Summary: The experience was great! This is an amazing place to be, it’s clean and organized, you can experience the beauty of the outdoors. It is very welcoming and private for a peaceful rest away from work. Our only desapointment is that there is no fish, we were looking forward for the fishing, but there is none in the waters, unfortunately. We did enjoy the boat ride though.
