Positive: Beautiful property. The view is stunning and the house is retro cool. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Deer walk up to the house on most mornings. Would stay again… when returning to the area.
Negative: Laundry in the garage . Have to weather dash to use. But great machines … clean well.
Summary: Loved it, loved it, loved it!!! Great place.

Positive: It was such a serene place. The calm salt water bay was mesmerizing. We had beautiful weather, so the sunsets were amazing. Two deer families sauntered through the property to eat fallen apples. The cabin was nestled in the woods. We enjoyed the deck as well. We did not use the kayaks, but saw them. They looked clean and inviting.
Negative: Perhaps a better mattress in the loft bedroom single bed.
Summary: A peaceful retreat with a beautiful view of salt water and trees.

Positive: We felt cozy once the place warmed up...which took a couple hours. It was really cold to start and no instructions how to make sure the flue was open to start a fire, so we had to call the owner. The heat pump eventually warmed it up. And the view and property were great and we had a wonderful time together there overall.
Negative: The mismatched dishes and silver and odds and ends of the kitchen were a little challenging to us, but we managed. Once we got it warmed up it was too hot upstairs and still cool downstairs, but not sure what you can do about that.
Summary: Lovely view but the facilities could use some help. Clean and comfy just wouldn't return.
