PUBLIC boat ramps located at Nick's Park - Cotee Boat Ramp, 7929 Bayview St, Port Richey, FL 34668. Other local launch sites along Ancolote River Park, County Rd 595A & Seminole ST Holiday, FL and at Windsong Rentals located just outside the community - call to confirm allowing ramp access.
Home allows NON-aggressive breed pets ONLY upon approval and with an additional pet fee. MUST be pre-approved and added onto Rental Agreement.

Summary: Let me start with the location of this home was perfect for boating. The home was built in 1974. The kitchen & baths have never been remodeled. Be careful when opening kitchen drawers. Some feel like they may fall out of the track. The sliding glass shower door didn't slide properly and was sealed with duct tape that was moldy as well as the shower drain. Sheets and towels had stains and appeared to be old (this bothered me the most). I'm hoping they were at least washed. I've stayed at many homes in the area for half the nightly cost that were much nicer. Very underwhelmed for the price.

Summary: We brought our boat and had ocean access for the entire stay. We fished every morning, hung out on the North Anclote sandbar or beach on Anclote and used the pool daily and were very comfortable with up to ten people in the house at times. Great fishing and the wildlife is amazing. Short list of encounters: blacktip, nurse & bonnethead sharks. An encounter of a lifetime with a great hammerhead shark! Manatees, green sea turtles, birds of every size including a flock of parrots and the catch list is spectacular: Spotted sea trout, grouper, ladyfish, jack crevalle, rays, lizardfish, pinfish and catfish. Even hooked a large blacktip for about 10 seconds. :-) Oh, and the spotted eagle rays leaping out of the water were fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed the FL room, living room and the dining table! Great choice for a large family or even just two couples. Eating Out: Hellas in Tarpon Springs and Frenchy's Outpost in Dunedin were awesome! Also, Wards Seafood in Clearwater was a can't miss for bringing it back to the house and cooking it up! You will love this stay!
