2 Bedroom Condo in Royal Harbor, Naples

Recently renovated, second floor southern exposure unit with lovely spacious screened in lanai overlooking our heated pool, which was just completely redone in Nov. of 2024. No pictures yet of the pool, with view of Naples Bay. Completely renovated with new kitchen, tile floors and new bathrooms. Walking distance to Tin City, Old Naples, 5th Ave shops and restaurants and beaches. Quiet six unit complex on canal with quick bay access and dock. This lovely King master 2-bedroom unit with a Queen guest bedroom has 2 full baths is spacious and inviting with washer and dryer in unit and wireless internet and TV. The unit is located at the end of Curlew Ave. in Naples. Enjoy the good life of Old Naples.

Summary: The lanai looks out over the harbor! Inside, the condo has been beautifully renovated and feels like a brand new build. Everything about my stay there was just wonderful including the wonderful coffee shop and restaurants next door. I highly recommend this rental. I almost forgot—the pool has been completely redone! You’ll thank yourself for choosing this one!

Summary: This condo is at a great location… close to Tin City, downtown Naples, short drive to the beach. There was evidence remaining from hurricane Ian but that didn’t hinder my enjoyment of my month there. Owners were very responsive to my questions. They seemed like they really wanted me to have a good month. The pool was lovely!

Summary: The condo has everything you need for a great stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, linens very nice, quality kitchen accessories, beautiful showers with good water pressure. The screened porch overlooking the pool(salt water) and palms has ceiling a fan and was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella...what more could you ask for?

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Naples, and we thought this property was amazing. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. The recent upgrades like the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring etc., make the condo very modern. We spent a lot of time in the screened porch, and now we want a screened in porch at home ;) The location was great, we walked to 5th Ave and to the pier (we walk a lot), and it was a short drive for groceries and supplies. We’d definitely return and stay here again.
