Great for a weekend getaway or settle in and explore the area. We are a 5 minute walk to East Matunuck State Beach.
High ceilings/open floor plan make this small house feel much bigger than it is. His & her sinks in the bathroom and an amazing shower!
There's no better place to sit & enjoy a sunset than our front porch!

Summary: I arrived just after the first big snowfall of the season and was anxious about what I'd find. Matt did his best to reassure me and to make sure I felt safe and enjoyed myself. The cottage was cozy, comfortable and well-equipped, and the Rhode Island shore was beautiful in the snow. I had a wonderful time walking the beaches and looking for birds.

Summary: We loved staying in Matt’s rental property. We enjoyed the Kayaks everyday and crabbing in Potters Pond. It’s a great area for families and Matt was very accommodating when we had a last minute change in plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Matt’s place was wonderful. The view from the deck put on the Salt Pond was beautiful. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about this property and Matt. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was the best trip we have had. The location is perfect distance to the beach, the views are amazing, and floating in Potter's Pond was so relaxing. The house is beautiful, has everything you need, and very clean! We were very happy with how responsive and friendly Matt was and look forward to visiting again. Thanks again Matt!
