Welcome to this one of a kind hidden gem on the St Lawrence river. The home is a mixture of secret forest and coastal vibes. Sitting cliff side on the Mighty St Lawrence river, you get to enjoy the beautiful design of this one of a kind home, the abundance of manicured nature around the property, the crystal clear water off the dock and the stunning views from every window of the property. Lots of local attractions and activities. The Thousand Islands, Brockville, Gananoque, Rockport and many more!
***No unauthorized guests allowed at anytime. We have cameras outside the property and will be able to know if more guests than the ones on the reservation stayed at the property and your reservation will be cancel. The property only has a holding tank for sewage water and every extra person makes a difference.
Pets are allowed in our cottage but are not allowed on the furniture (Beds, Sofas or Chairs) Extra cleaning fees will apply due to pet hair on furniture.

Summary: We loved your place. It’s decorated beautifully and well maintained. The firepit was awesome - we had s’mores every day. We went into town a few times and did some of the touristy things down there (tunnel, fish n chips, aquarium).The place is massive, and a great experience. Will be back!

Summary: Loved this vacation rental! Even in the winter months this place was perfect for us! Very spacious, beautiful design and laid out really well. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, private and very comfortable. Waking up to that view every day is heaven. Gerard was super helpful with directions. House is super clean and only about 8-10 mins from town for groceries and supplies. We actually hired a local private chef for one meal too. Highly recommend, hope to come experience in the summer as well.

Summary: The cottage was very clean and the view out over the river is spectacular. Gerardo is a good host. The listing does not describe the number of stairs outside ( 42 to get to front door) and inside ( 6 levels) the cottage. My wife has a heart condition and the stairs ruined her time. This property is not suitable for older people

Summary: Beautiful house, exactly as presented on the website. The games room (with an air hockey table, foosball, and arcade game), trampoline, and kayaks/paddle board were bit hits with the kids. The kitchen was much better stocked than other properties we've stayed at. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house has a fabulous view. The property manager was friendly and helpful. The only (minor) negatives: - the "EV charger" is a a regular outdoor plug (we got 4-7 km per hour charge), but we soon figured out that you can't be charging a car and running the a/c in the master bedroom at the same time - so charging overnight never worked (but there are chargers in Brockville and Gananoque so not a huge deal - just don't show up needing to charge) - the windows and especially screens could really use a cleaning

Summary: Amenities of house that attracted everyone was dock, kayaks, canoe, swimming trampoline and float. House also has game room and lots of games. We found house completely equipped. Had some water problems, but owner promptly responded to them even getting in service people on a a Sunday.

Summary: We arrived on a long weekend with the entire family for the first three nights. 10 adults, 1 teen and 1 ten year old. The water toys were an immediate hit, especially the water trampoline and the dock was the perfect 👍 place for the older adults to be part of the fun. The four bedrooms slept a total of 10 with another set of bunk beds in the games room and another loft area where two people could sleep if needed. The kitchen area was small but certainly had everything you need and a large dining room and beautiful living room. The balance of our week we had six adults and when we got rain there were lots of board games and cards to keep us entertained. Gerard was a perfect host and left us a nice welcome package of snacks. One thing to note-there are a lot of stairs. From parking at the top of the hill to the door to the house I counted 43 but there are also a couple of landings where you can catch your breath. A beautiful view and perfect cottage.
