Every room of this lovely home has a spectacular view of the confluence of Peachblossom Creek and the Tred Avon River. There is a downstairs master bedroom (queen bed) with a large, en-suite his and hers bath, and a private living room. An additional first floor bedroom (queen bed) and private bath enjoy a full, waterfront view. A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for family gatherings with a patio and grill conveniently located just steps away. The formal dining room affords an evening ambiance with the twinkling lights of homes across the river. A large living room with TV and a game table is a great place to relax after a busy day fishing, crabbing, and summer fun in the pool. You will find comfortable chaise lounges by the sparkling pool and plenty of outdoor seating for alfresco dining. Summary: Highly recommend this beautiful home and property; it was perfect for our family gathering. House was clean, well stocked with everything you needed, plus a lovely kitchen for those who like to cook. A spacious living room ( so comfortable) with a great game table was a welcome retreat at the end of fun filled days spent swimming in the glorious pool, fishing/crabbing off the long dock and kayaking in the surrounding estuaries; we never left this beautiful property except to food shop! Surrounded on 3 sides by water the views were amazing morning thru evening sunsets. Excellent communication from Kathy of Vacation Rentals with any questions we had and clear and easy check in and check out instructions made for a smooth and enjoyable week. Thank you, it could not have been more enjoyable. All the family from young to old want to make this an annual event!

Summary: This property is almost completely surrounded by water -perfect for kayaking It is situated so that both sunrises and sunsets are enjoyed -incredible!! The grass areas provided plenty of space for wiffleball tourneys and badminton too. The dock provided fishing opportunities along with a place for quiet contemplation Oh and the pool and deck! The home was extremely comfortable for our group of 9 Thank you

Summary: Our family spent an extended Memorial Day weekend at The Helm. It was amazing. The house itself is lovely. It’s very clean, roomy, open and airy, uncluttered, yet has everything you could need and then some. The usual things renters want to know: super comfortable beds and top quality linens, excellent water pressure in the showers, plenty of parking, very well-stocked beautiful kitchen. It checks all those boxes. BUT the property’s grounds are the real showcase. You are THE LAST HOUSE on the point. Acres of privacy with a spectacular view and sunsets. The pool is gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just sitting out there sunning, eating and relaxing. Tranquility and peace abound, but you’re just minutes from shopping and fine dining in St Michaels. We even did DoorDash, and it arrived hot and delicious! The management company is top notch, responsive and went to thoughtful extra efforts after learning it was my hubby’s 63rd birthday. You must stay here, if you enjoy nature, peace and quiet, and pampering yourself. We will 100% be back. Outstanding!

Summary: A fantastic property in a truly stunning location. Our multi-generational family had a wonderful and relaxing time here. There was enough space for us to be together (meals, pool, games), and the house was situated so that we could each have our own spaces to retreat. We fished and crabbed off the dock and easily got on our paddleboards and kayaks to explore the waterways. The pool is the stunner of the house, though! The kitchen is well stocked to cook and has new appliances. The house was very clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but the setting is so extraordinary, it's hardly worth noticing. It's an easy drive to the cute town of Easton (less than 10 minutes) and very easy access to St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. There is so much to see and do -- and just relax!
