Your perfect Waterfront Oasis family getaway in Seaford, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, dock, and large child’s play area. Large fenced-in front and back yards with back deck, and plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for summer nights with the family.
Spacious kitchen and dining room that seats 10, including the island. New cabinets, smart appliances, and a wine fridge. Gorgeous gas fireplace makes this open living space sweet and cozy. Large sunroom in the back of the house is perfect for relaxing with your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise over the canal.
A romantic master suite with a large jacuzzi tub and a balcony that overlooks the canal is upstairs, and private. The two downstairs bedrooms are spacious and inviting, replete with a skylight.
110 feet of bulkhead for parking your boat. Just 45 minutes from NYC and 15 minutes from Jones Beach. Walkable to restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and the Long Island Railroad. Driveway and street parking available.
Things to note:
We do have a tenant that lives full-time in a detached apartment, who also helps us maintain the property. The right side yard with playground is her property. Not for VRBO use. She does have two small dogs.
There are exterior cameras around the property on and recording 24/7
Pool is currently not operational.

Summary: We had a 90th birthday party celebration on Long Island and we are originally from Wantagh. Most of the family is still there so the location was perfect!! it was so nice to have spices and little things in the kitchen that you’re here to buy for a short stay. The house is absolutely adorable and my two-year-old grandson absolutely loved the little boy room with Spider-Man on the wall and the toys in the closet were incredible!!! I know if we have to come back again, we will definitely be staying here. We have already referred it to other friends up there who have family members that come from out of town!! thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house, and all the amenities were greatly appreciated!

Summary: The property was meticulously kept and so welcoming! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We spent the labor day weekend, did some shark fishing on Jones Beach, some shopping and lots of relaxing. Everything was close by and convenient. Had a wonderful time and look forward to coming again.

Summary: What a property, everything was perfect…the inside spacious and furnished with a very beachy and comfortable vibe. Clean, well kept and very relaxing home. Summary: This property was fantastic. Very clean and very well maintained. Lots of space and very well setup for families. Very relaxing environment made us want to just stay in and eat. Great view and very close to many restaurants as well as beaches.

Summary: We stayed here while playing golf at Bethpage State Park- it fit our family perfect! The outdoor space was awesome each night and we love the fact that tvs were in all the bedrooms.

Summary: This place was amazing! Perfect location to go out east or into the city. The water in back made it even better. Super clean and spacious. We had a couple of kinks and they went over and beyond to immediately fix them. Perfect place for a family to enjoy and walkable to many things. We will be back for sure!

Summary: We had a wonderful vacation at the Petersen's VRBO. Jeff Petersen was so helpful, and Gina made us feel so comfortable. They were so quick to respond to our questions, and really made us feel welcome. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, but also close the the train to NYC. The house is beautiful, warm and inviting. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the open floorplan in the kitchen, living room areas. We had many meals outside with their bbq set up, on the large deck. We would definitely come back again.
