3 Bedroom Cottage in Tiny

Welcome to our lovely Beach House located in Tiny, Ontario. We rent mid-May until mid-October. If you are interested in making a booking, please send a request with all your information and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note in July & August we rent Friday - Friday, with a minimum of 1 week stay. Outside of July & August we have a 5 night minimum stay. We are licensed with the Township of Tiny. Our license number is STRTT-2025-073.
3 Bedroom, 2 x 1/2 baths, Sandy Beachfront With Gorgeous Views of Blue Mountains.
Great sandy, swimming bottom, beautiful for families and all ages.
Located directly on the shores of sandy Georgian Bay.
90 minutes from Toronto or Parry Sound (between Blue Water Beach and Balm Beach)
40 minutes from Collingwood
30 minutes from Barrie
20 minutes from the Elmvale Zoo
10 minutes from Midland (Superstore, quaint downtown area, Wye Marsh, Martyr Shrine, St. Marie Among the Hurons, shops and restaurants, live dinner theatre, movie theatre, bakeries, boat tours, fishing charters etc.).
3-5 minutes from Balm Beach (arcade, ice cream, restaurant, convenience store/LCBO, jet ski rentals etc.)
This lovely, bright and clean cottage offers:

- Expansive lawn on the beach side overlooking the white sandy beach and CLEAR, sand bottom of Georgian Bay.
- Steps from door to lawn to sand to water!
- 3 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bunked beds,)
- 2 x half-bathrooms
- Large kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, and Universal pod coffee maker
- Weber BBQ
- 6 seater table in the cottage and 6 seater table on the patio with expansive umbrella for shade, Muskoka chairs for use at beach and around fire pit, 6 loungers to enjoy on the lawn or beach
- Sofas in living room with large SMART TV and excellent Wi-Fi

Summary: Check in was easy, clear instructions. All the bells and whistles. Comfortables beds. A lovely big deck with multiple seating areas. Lots of beach toys, a lily pad and kayaks. A fire table and fire pit close to beach. You can walk very far out in the crystal clear water. There’s nice hard packed sand and the water is warm because it’s so shallow. Groceries etc are 10 minutes away if you run out. The perfect cottage for a great beach holiday.

Summary: The cottage is located perfectly for a beach holiday. Just a few steps from the large deck and you are on the beach ready to swim, kayak, play in the sand, walk for mikes along the beach, or just lounge under their cabana reading. The water with sandbars is ideal for young children. The cottage is older and not large, but it was well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were easy to contact with any issues you might have and responded very quickly. It was important to them that all was well with their renters. I highly recommend this place if you are interested in a beach holiday. I do hope to go back again.

Summary: We have been visiting Tiny every summer, and the Beach House stay did not disappoint. Although the house is fairly rustic, property is ideally located on a calm beach with a lovely deck/eating area and a large water frontage. The water access is fantastic, particularly for kids, as it's calm, shallow water. The host have provided beach front seating, umbrellas and everything you need for a nice relaxing stay.

Summary: It is a little slice of heaven. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I love the automatic blinds, it was perfect for privacy and keeping the afternoon sun away. We really enjoyed the kayaks and lounging on the beach. The property was beautiful. So many little touches to make our stay relaxing.

Summary: The Tiny Beach house is located right on the beach with water that is crystal clear with a sandy bottom. The cottage has everything you need with the outside deck a place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Georgian Bay. The owners were amazing with contact and the process of booking was made easy. Summary: We had an amazing time enjoying a little piece of heaven at Lynne and Stephen’s cottage. Our children ages 4 and 7 enjoyed all the water toys, shallow water for meters and swimming/jumping in the calm/wavy water. It was so nice to be steps from the beach and also able to have the large sand shoreline for walks. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. Lynne and Stephen were terrific hosts. The welcome basket was a nice gesture. The location is fabulous and the cottage is so cute. There was lots to do in the area such as Saint Marie among the Hurons and Discovery Harbour. The little park within walking distance was perfect for our grandson and viewing the sunsets. If you're looking for a quaint cottage on the beach this is the one.

Summary: I found the property and area very pretty and just let the city bustle melt away. The sunsets were so beautiful and multi-coloured. I loved looking out from the deck and from the inside the cottage to see the blue water and the Blue Mountains. The week was restorative. I will definitely be back.
