Relax with the whole family at this fully updated waterfront home. A true hidden gem on the water with plenty of outdoor space and your own boat slip. Large screened patio, kayaks, and fishing. Bring your boat or just yourselves and indulge in a stylishly furnished home equipped with everything a home away from home provides. Enjoy watching the sunset while sipping your favorite drink, BBQing in the backyard, or whatever floats your boat.

The space
This home has been lovingly renovated into an open and cozy retreat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room, and 2 full bathrooms. Although the home can sleep up to 19 guests we personally think it comfortably accommodates 15 adults/kids.
The living room and each bedroom has its own Roku smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included.
The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and dominos for the more relaxed evenings. Included are some basic fishing poles and gear.
The Primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk. The third bedroom is also a queen bed. The bunk room has 7 beds total (2 full & 5 twin). The living room has a pull out queen bed, and we have 2 roll out sofa beds in the hall closet. The second full bathroom is in the hallway.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, a fridge with an ice maker and a coffee/tea station. There is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.
Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided including a hair dryer.
In the backyard you will find a full-sized barbecue grill and grill brush.
NOTE: The home sits directly on Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is a only 4 houses down.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the house and property except for the garage and a closet in the bunk room that the house keepers use. There is plenty of parking (auto, boat, RV) in the driveway.

To maintain security the house has 3 exterior ring cameras and a ring doorbell, none inside.

Summary: Great VRBO ! Super clean, great location and so many things to do at one place ! Communication with owners was fast and easy and we always received a quick response!

Summary: The booking and check-in process was super easy with great communication. All instructions were very clear and even included pictures. We were able to bring our boat in trailer and easily use the boat ramp that was very close to the property. We were there to celebrate our teenage boy with a few of his friends and our close family. All ages had lots of fun with all of the additions like the kayak, games, cornhole and chairs. The house was well stocked with everything you would need, including lots of towels! A lot of properties will say they are stocked, but we never seem to have enough towels lol There was also plenty of room to sleep and spread out, which again is rare. The location was great, especially with our boat… The kids were able to fish, swim, and kayak out pretty far without a lot of traffic. Lots of places delivered food, as well as plenty of restaurants around to choose from.

Summary: We stayed on this great lake house while we had a wedding to attend at The Homestead. It was a quick drive there and also close enough to the city to get everywhere we needed to be. Great accommodations and outdoor space with plenty of amenities.

Summary: What an amazing weekend! This property is awesome for a large group, plenty of space to sleep, eat and lounge. The covered, screened in porch was great at night and during the day we thoroughly enjoyed the boathouse and extra large deck while we hung out and floated in front of the property. Jeramie was an amazing host, he was very prompt with communicating throughout our stay.
