As our guest, you will enjoy complementary access to all of the amenities provided by the Seven Coves Marina & Yacht Club located right next door. These include lakeside swimming pool, lakeside basketball and tennis courts, boat ramp and 24/7 access to covered and well lit community fishing pier!
Boat, canoe, kayak and jet ski rentals are only a short drive away.
Since we are located just inside the Piney Woods and border the Gulf Coast Plain, we are blessed to be visited by an astounding variety of migratory birds through out the year. You'll want to keep an 'eye out' for birds you probably don't see very often. Flamingos, swans, pelicans, geese, herons, cranes, egrets, bald and golden eagles and hummingbirds, among many others, periodically make the lake their home for months at a time.
Kids (of all ages) love to feed the ducks and seagulls from the balconies and being located as close as we are to the Sam Houston National Forest, means you're just minutes away from miles of hike and bike trails, canoeing forested shorelines or maybe even spotting an alligator!
Whether your passion is boating, jet skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming, biking, or just relaxing in a wonderfully natural environment; our luxurious units provide a perfect launching point for all of these activities!

Summary: The biggest issue was the TV! Very difficult to navigate! Once we got Netflix or a movie the screen is so dark we couldn’t see the screen anyway!! And we’re very tech savvy. The view over the water!! Perfect! We relaxed and had a great time.

Summary: I booked this as a getaway at last minute and it was PERFECT. The check in process was super easy! The condo decor was a bit dated but still very nice and had everything I needed. And the tub was such an oasis! Plenty of places deliver if you don't feel like cooking. Any questions were quickly answered. I am defiantly booking again! THANK YOU!!
