Positive: The location right on the water was wonderful. Having access to kayaks, and gas/smoke grill was also very nice. The house is wonderfully laid out. The instruction book left for guests was very helpful and served as a great resource. Plenty of the basic supplies including dishes/silverware. The firepit on the beach will fully stocked wood supply was excellent.
Negative: Nothing. Adding a hammock or two would be great on the upper deck and also out by the beach.
Summary: Beautiful location and retreat that serves as the perfect anidote for any stress you might have.

Positive: There was a problem with the original apartment but the manager promptly switched us to another. As this one didn't have the washing machine we were looking forward to but he took our laundry to his local laundry and returned the clean and dry clothes that evening. Great service.
