Summary: Large bedrooms with king beds, nice walk in shower in the main en suite bath.Plenty of room for two families of 4. The kitchen is well appointed and perhaps a little small, but pretty workable for a short term rental. We did not swim, but the dock offers afternoon shade and a nice place to enjoy the lake view.

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend at lake Gaston and found the house very comfortable. We found the bed in the main master to be very soft so slept in the 2nd room with a king bed that was firm. Every thing was very comfy and enjoyable. The lake has easy access down a gentle gravel path to the dock and steps to ease into the lake ahhhhh. Very comfy home and quite comfy. We are not big cooks so found the supplies to be just fine. We would joyfully return!! Just lovely.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely with plenty of room to both spread out and all be together when desired. It was my husband and I, and our two adult children with a friend each. All of us had a blast fishing, relaxing in the water, and having a ping-pong tournament. The cove was quiet and we all really enjoyed ourselves. I think this will become an annual trip for us.

Summary: We had a wonderful few days at Serenity. The home was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. We had fun with the games in the garage, took out the kayaks and enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit. Kitchen was very well stocked, which was a real bonus. Thanks for a great weekend and we hope to come back!
