Summary: This property was a great find. It’s a nice little hotel with a great location. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Only issue was that the wifi wasn’t working, but they are working on a system upgrade and expect this to resolve soon.

Summary: It’s not The Plaza, but so what. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and the property is beautiful! The lake view is fantastic, and great bars and restaurants nearby. We’ll be back next year!

Summary: Great location, reasonable price. Potentially a nice cute little tidy, attractive room. Owner had good communication the days leading up to our stay. Estimated between 16-20 rooms, all with balconies overlooking the Fox River waterfront. However, the room smelled like diapers (we think it was the A/C unit) and the end of the corridor smelled like cat urine covered by many chemicals. The bathroom exhaust fan hardly did anything to move air around (steamy) and there was mold on the ceiling and wall of the shower area. The water smelled bad and stayed on our bodies into the day... my wife has light brown stains in her white hair. The outer door was never locked the 4 days we were there, day or night, and they do not have a night desk person. We would have complained and/or switched hotels but we were there for a very busy nearby convention and changing everything up would have created upheaval.

Summary: Place was clean and manager was friendly and helpful. But no amenities at this basic hotel room. No wifi, no iron, no breakfast, etc. There is a fridge and microwave in room. Price was right and place was OK but I'll probably splurge for something nicer next time.

Summary: Great for the price. Room was partially updated (painted walls). Seems like it may be new owner, slowly updating. Room was clean, new bedding, new towels (but never washed, so dye came out of towels). Room for improvement, but was satisfied.

Summary: It's quiet and not a lot of people. The location is close to what i needed. The view with the balcony is nice. No smoking on the balcony though.

Summary: Great for a few nights. Riverfront room had nice view. Was in early spring so no var outside area set.up but it looks.like it would be great. Nice staff at front desk.small room but everything you needed. Would stay again.
