Beautiful, spacious, two bedroom/two bath condo. Lake view with large covered deck and porch swing. Stone fireplace, free high-speed wireless internet. Sleeps 9. King and bunk with full on bottom and twin on top in the master bedroom. Guest room has Twin Bunks & Two Queens. Closet has mattress and pad for extra sleeping. Only a few steps off the back deck to lake, pool, spa and tennis courts. Your boat can be left at the spa dock or beach it directly on the shore right by your deck. Great for families and groups. We have another condo next door for rent for your convenience.
You can’t beat Lake Ouachita and Mountain Harbor Resort for a great vacation – 49,000 acres of crystal clear lake surrounded by Ouachita National Forest offers water sports of every description and great fishing along with the serenity and activities of the national forest. Only 20 miles too many attractions in Hot Springs.
Our condo does not allow pets and is a no smoking condo. Manage lives on property. Thank you for your understanding.

Summary: This is the perfect getaway with family! It was very clean. The property manager was a delight! She called & text me prior to check in to discuss everything with me. She made check in a breeze. Loved the location of the property. The teens even enjoyed themselves. The only complaint I had was we couldn’t take our dogs & there were dogs Everywhere in the surrounding condos. I would 10/10 recommend this property.
