Spend your days around this immaculately landscaped property watching bird life, hanging in front of the multiple fire pits, or resting your bones in the jetted outdoor spa. With the comfortable beds and hotel quality linen you will surely get a good nights rest to do it all again the following day. Take a dip at high tide or drive only a few minutes to the gorgeous white sands of Marion Bay Beach. This property will tick all of the boxes.
This property has a generous open floor plan with large kitchen and dining to accomodate groups of any size. The master bedroom with ensuite is located on one side of the house with a 2nd living area and piano. The other 3 bedrooms are located off the main living and dining. The outdoor Bungalow hosts a double bed and is just a short hop from the house.
The entire property is for your use only.
We are located in the sleepy seaside town of Marion Bay. Surrounded by rural farms and beautiful Marion Bay Beach. There is a well maintained dirt road for parts of your drive to the house, 4 wheel drive is not essential. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from Copping and Dunalley where you will find your daily essentials.
We are 10 minutes off the beaten track and any public transport.
Please no special events or parties. There is a sound ordinance at 10pm including use of the outdoor spa. The police will be contacted if any disturbance is made to the neighbourhood.
